Jamie Roszel - AI Content Transformation Leader

AI Content Transformation Leader

Building the future of intelligent content systems through synthetic personas and AI-native methodologies.

  • Role: IBM Redbooks IBM Power Portfolio Lead
  • Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC

My work sits at the intersection of AI capabilities and content strategy, a rare combination in enterprise environments where technical depth and communication expertise rarely coexist. I've developed AI-native workflows that enable my team to produce more content, more tailored to specific audiences, using methodologies that can scale across the organization.

I help lead the z-ai-accelerate community within IBM, providing guidance for teams on practical AI implementation while building the frameworks that turn AI potential into measurable business outcomes. This fall, I'll be deepening that foundation as part of the inaugural cohort of Boston University Questrom's MS in AI in Business — a program designed to prepare business leaders to responsibly build and scale AI-driven value.
